Lucy Kalfas

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician - Dietitian (CEDC-D) working at Nutrition Health Experts in Torrensville. 

I can assist clients who have been diagnosed as having (or suspect they have) Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID (Avoidant / Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder) e.g. Atypical Anorexia Nervosa or UFED (Unspecified Feeding or Eating Disorder).

I possess a broad interest in all eating disorder presentations, and am particularly interested in, and passionate about, supporting clients with OSFED. I align myself with both a non-diet approach and weight-inclusive framework and am passionate about supporting clients to find their version of food freedom, accept a natural body weight and shape, and strive for recovery. I also aim to maintain a safe space to meet the needs of trans and gender diverse people and provide gender-affirming care. I am dedicated to professional development and am planning for a long, impactful career within eating disorder dietetic care.

I see clients on Mondays to Fridays in Torrensville and online via telehealth (options include telephone and video) where I offer individual, face-to-face consultations, and have immediate availability. I am a proud member of Dietitians Australia and the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders.
